Exception
=========

I checked that an exception was thrown like this (not sure it is the best way
though):

  Exception result = null;
  try
  {
      fileManager.doSomeStuff();
  }
  catch (Exception e)
  {
      result = e;
  }
  Assert.That(result, Is.TypeOf(typeof(MySampleException)));
