I installed the Put Windows extension (09/12/2016): https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/39/put-windows/

Super + 4         Move to left
Super + 6         Move to right

Check Extensions in the Tweak Tool for detail.

Legacy

View under User Menu, System Settings, Keyboard, Shortcuts:

Ctrl+Super+Up                 Maximise

Ctrl + Alt + NUMPAD 6         Move to monitor on the right
Ctrl + Alt + NUMPAD 4         Move to monitor on the left

Ctrl + Super + Left arrow     View split on the left
Ctrl + Super + Right arrow    View split on the right

Mouse

Alt, drag windows around the desktop.
Alt, middle mouse button to resize a window.
