Install

sudo apt-get install mutt

mkdir -p ~/.mutt/cache/headers
mkdir ~/.mutt/cache/bodies
touch ~/.mutt/certificates

• Copy misc/_muttrc to ~/.muttrc.

• Edit the .muttrc file to add your account details:

  gvim ~/.muttrc
  

Run

mutt
